3. Turner technical level
The technical level of the turner is measured by the beauty and speed of the new process and the products produced.

5. Tail section
It is the department of finishing the finished products produced in the workshop, quality management is controlled from the following departments.

1. Fabric inspection
First of all, we should measure the width of the cloth, the head, middle and tail of the cloth should be measured; measure the color difference, the cloth edge to center, edge to edge, head to tail inspection process should stop at least three times (start, middle, end) to see if the color difference meets the requirements; the cloth inspection report should fill in the length on the label and the actual length (knitted cloth counting weight).

Calculation of the score method.

2.Inspection of cutting pieces
A, the section without embroidery/printing will be 100% checked according to the instructions of the inspection report and the customer's requirements, and the defective pieces will be removed before the pieces are dispatched to the workshop.
B, the embroidery and printing pieces must pass 100% inspection before sending out for printing/embroidery, and after the printing/embroidery pieces come back, they must pass 100% inspection before they can be assigned to the workshop.
C, and each section must fill in the embroidery/printing loss analysis form.
3. Workshop inspection
A,Each group should have 1 or 2 middle checkers to check the handwork of each car.
B, each workshop inspector must know clearly the quality requirements, size and measurement of each customer's goods
C, each time the manual inspection of each car position should fill in the quality inspection form, so as to facilitate the statistics of the rework rate of each car position.
D, the car position worker to make the goods have serious problems to the team leader, the supervisor to reflect, and the car position worker to return to perform well in a timely manner.
4. Workshop total check
A, each section out of the finished product after the first to check the size of the color and code, and fill out the size report.
B, each section of the finished goods must be 100% checked manually, no defects before the end of the goods.
C, manual defects in the finished product must be returned to the car to repair, after repair by inspection before the end of the goods can be dropped.
D, rotten holes, oil stains and other secondary shirts to be separated and noted before the goods can be dropped to the tail.
5. After the tail ironing first check, re-check
A, each goods after the whole ironing must be all measure, the size of more than tolerance goods to be returned to re-ironing, measure after passing the good shirt can flow into the preliminary inspection group.
B, all the goods after passing the measurement size should be checked by the initial inspection personnel for manual and ironing work, and the good shirts without blemishes should flow into the review group.
